I understand that you’ve tried and tried, so many time, to make yoga a part of your life. I did too. My first start was in 1999, and it took me until 2006 before I made it really STICK.
Doing a little yoga every now and then can only get you so far. If you’re in for the real good stuff you need to shift.
You need a strategy. You need direction. You need clarity.

I have a unique way of creating strong, dynamic and fun yoga classes that will not only get you more fit than you’ve ever been, but you’ll also learn knew things! I will challenge you to explore your body’s capabilities and you will learn that when you accomplish things on your mat, that will build your confidence and change how you show up in your daily life.
But it’s not all about getting fit. You’ll take time to ground, to be present and relax, but if you feel that just sitting in stillness is not for you – these classes will be perfect! You will learn to move with so much body control and grace that your mind has no other place to be than in the present moment.
I really must say Emilie that your shorter flows are the perfect mix of getting the pulse up and letting the mind slow down after a hectic day at work. 20 minutes is about what I manage to squeeze in when I’m tired. Perfect bliss!
